Need to make a claim?

Firstly, please check your policy wording and summary of cover to ensure that you are covered for what you want to make a claim for.

The contact numbers you need will be included in these documents, but if not you can find them here.

Before you contact us, here is a reminder of the things we will need to ensure we can process your claim as quickly as possible.

  • Your Trinity membership number, or if not your full name, address and postcode
  • A full description of your claim, including the time and date of the incident
  • Any actions you may have already taken (including whether you have contacted the police)
